Horizontal Lifeline
A horizontal lifeline is a fall protection system consisting of a cable or rail stretched between two or more anchor points, providing a continuous line for workers to attach their lanyards to, allowing safe movement in elevated work areas like rooftops.
The installation and inspection of all KARAM products can be done by Nardal Safety, who is authorized and certified.
Standard Lifeline
Semi-automatic lifeline allowing continuous movement without detaching the intermediate supports.
Easy passage of intermediate supports with a simple carabiner.
Adaptable to different kind of supports using the multiple interfaces developed by KARAM.
Ideal in floor or wall configurations at user height.
Lifeline that can be perfectly installed with or without a crimper.
Stainless-steel components.
In case of a fall, the energy absorber limits the efforts. The permanent deformity of the absorber prevents the future users.
The absorber is available in a “crimp-on” version as well as in the double shackle version.
The tensioner is available in a “crimp-on” version or “screedscreed”.
Different kind of terminations: manual or crimp locking.
This horizontal lifeline can be installed on rigid interfaces, deformable interfaces and on tailor-made interfaces.
Automatic Lifeline
Ideal when the operator is working away from the anchor point.
Adaptable to different kind of supports using the multiple interfaces developed by KARAM.
The absorber features an integrated fall indicator and tension indicator.
The ultra-high performance automatic trolley allows the operator to connect anywhere along the cable.
The automatic lifeline is a horizontal lifeline with automatic passage that can be installed with or without a crimping machine.
It allows continuous movement without detaching the intermediate supports.
Stainless steel components.
The automatic lifeline has the same characteristics as the Standard Lifeline, however the automatic trolley has stainless steel ball bearings to facilitate movement on the cable. Its anchoring with a very large opening makes it possible to retake on the hook with any type of EN362 connector.
If the anchor point is located above the operator, it is best to switch over the Over-head model.

Over-Head Lifeline
The ultra-high performance automatic trolley allows the operator to connect anywhere along the cable.
Optimal passage of intermediate passers- by even with a heavy fall arrester and high height.
Multiple uses: interior, exterior, metal frames, overhead cranes etc.
Ideal when the lifeline is placed above the shoulder and beyond.
The over-head automatic lifeline is a horizontal lifeline.
Stainless-steel components.
KARAM has developed an Over-Head absorber in a crimped and uncrimped version, allowing stronger tension. The ride quality is thus optimized, even with a heavy fall arrester with automatic return.
The hook is equipped with two stainless steel casters specifically designed for use on the cable. Its anchoring with a very large opening makes it possible to retake on the hook with any type of EN362 connector.
For single-span use, the pulley can be used.
