INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND CERTIFICATION
Our Technical Services
We offer comprehensive technical services through certified technicians for the maintenance, inspection, and certification of your equipment. Available at your facility or our branches, our team ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and applicable regulations.
Gas Detector & Alcohol Tester Maintenance & Calibration
Trained and competent technical staff.
Our technical staff is trained and competent to maintain and calibrate fixed gas monitors, portable gas detectors (e.g., Honeywell, BW Technologies, RAE Systems, Industrial Scientific, Dräger, MSA, GMI, etc.) and alcohol testers (e.g., ACS, Lion Laboratories).
Fixed Vertical & Horizontal Lifeline Installation
Manufacturer-certified personnel.
Installing a lifeline system on rooftops is a critical measure to prevent accidents from falls at height. Nardal Safety has long been providing reliable and trusted wire lifeline and anchor systems. We help our customers maintain the highest workplace safety standards through safe and professional installations.
Fall Protection Equipment Inspection & Recertification
Expert and skilled technician under EN365.
Our expert and skilled technician responsible for the periodic examination of personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls from height. The technician possess the theoretical and practical knowledge, experience, and authority to identify defects, assess their significance, and initiate corrective actions.

Any equipment that measures toxic or combustible gas, needs to be calibrated. These devices protect the safety of workers and anyone who could come in contact with these hazardous gas or material. It’s also a legal requirement. It helps to protect your organization against liability if there is an incident, injury, illness or fatality.
Calibration is essential to all devices that measure a variable. However, while your devices are accurate without calibration, we can’t be positive they are accurate to a specific measurable degree (and thus can’t prove their accuracy) unless we perform a calibration.
Performing regular calibration and maintenance just makes sense. The frequency for calibration and maintenance depends on the equipment and usage, but it is generally every six months.
Keeping your instruments certified and well-maintained has never been easier thanks to the our CALITRAK system. Record all your critical data in one platform and ensure your team always works with compliant instruments.

Fixed Vertical & Horizontal Lifeline Installation
Lifeline installation involves securely anchoring a horizontal or vertical cable system to a structure (like a roof, beam, or tree) to provide continuous fall protection for workers.
Proper installation requires using qualified materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminium) that meet standards like EN 795 Class C regulations, ensuring anchors can withstand high loads.
System Component: A lifeline typically includes end anchors, intermediate stanchions, the lifeline cable, tensioners, and energy absorbers.
Structural Integrity: Anchors must be attached to structures capable of supporting the force of a fall.
Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) Installation:
- Planning: Identify anchor points, ensure proper cable clearance, and avoid sharp edges.
- Installation: Fix end anchors/stanchions, install intermediate supports if needed, and tension the cable using a tensioner until the load indicator confirms proper tension.
- Tiebacks: In some systems, additional tieback straps are required for end anchors to manage loads.
Vertical Lifeline Installation
- Attachment: Attach the lifeline to a certified anchorage connector.
- Component: Use a rope grab (e.g., ASAP lock) that functions as a fall arrestor, allowing movement up and down the line.
Safety and Inspection:
- Inspection: The system must be inspected by a competent person before use.
- Daily Check: Verify proper line tension and component integrity daily.
- Rescue Plan: A rescue plan must be in place for emergencies.
Fall Protection Equipment Inspection & Recertification
Your fall protection gear is only as good as its last inspection. From harnesses to SRLs, our certified team ensures every piece of equipment meets strict safety standards — keeping your team compliant, secure, and ready to work.
The good news? We take care of it all for you.
Lifeline inspections, including both vertical and horizontal systems, must be performed by a certified competent person at least annually. Inspection involve checking for damage wires/synthetic ropes, corrosion, loose fasteners, and proper functioning of connectors and braking systems, with immediate removal from service if any defects are found.
Keeping your fall protection equipment certified and well-maintained has never been easier thanks to the our CALITRAK system. Record all your critical data in one platform and ensure your team always works with compliant gear.
